We are an Isle of Man based company started by a team of datacentre experts with vast experience as service providers. Unlike many cloud providers we will be offering full local support for IOM Cloud customers.
This support will be provided by IT Works Limited, an IT Company providing managed services which has been operating in the Isle of Man marketplace for 15 years.

Quanta Technologies was founded in 2017 and is the first fully licensed blockchain lottery in the world. The business is head quartered in the Isle of Man and they have 8 full time staff.
As a new business they wanted their Isle of Man staff to be able to have the flexibility to work from anywhere and have access to a secure suite of Microsoft Office products. Their remit was that their data needed to be secure, 100% available and hosted solely on the Isle of Man.
IOM Cloud’s desktop as a service product comes equipped with a Windows 10 desktop along with the most up to date version of Microsoft Office suite of programs and antivirus. The data is all encrypted both in transit and at rest and solely resides in the Manx ISO27001 accredited datacentre. All the processing and storage is on high grade HP servers and storage array networks providing both guaranteed uptime. security and performance.
Quanta can now access their workspace from any Internet enabled location on any device securely and efficiently. As a growing business they can easily add new users to the system quickly.
Nick Wright (Operations Manager at Quanta Technologies Limited) explains “Quanta took the business decision to take IT Works IOM Cloud Platform solution. As a business we are now comfortable that all staff are working on one secure platform. The platform comes with a suite of Microsoft applications which we would have otherwise had to subscribe to so that was attractive for us, as was the ability to sign in to an environment wherever we are located. We've not experienced any downtime and individual profiles can be tailored with bespoke applications as the need arises.”
And regarding the IT Works support service he added “The service response times has always been excellent from IT Works. Any issues with the printer etc have been dealt with extremely quickly and if we need to speak to someone quickly we always speak there or then or get a call back.
